The Judges' decisions are final. Parents and attendees are not allowed to discuss or approach the judges at any time during the Pageant.
Inappropriate behavior, poor sportsmanship or failure to follow rules by contestants, parents, or anyone in attendance will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate disqualification of a participant as deemed necessary by the pageant staff for the integrity of the program. Please be courteous to others and do not use profanity back stage, in the dressing rooms, or at the pageant. Please set a good example for our contestants and help make this a fun event. No refund of fees will be made in case of dismissal or disqualification.
The contestant's individual score sheets will be mailed after the pageant. Please be patient for these as it takes time to organize them and get them out after the pageant. Sometimes we can make these available to you on the day of the pageant.
It is your responsibility to remember to pick up your photogenic pictures before leaving the pageant. Photos will not be mailed
Each contestant will receive free admission plus one person to enter Free as their guardian or parent. Tickets will be $5 in advance and will NOT be sold at the door. Please purchase your tickets in advance! Tickets sales will stop when we reach capacity or at 9 pm the night before the pageant, whichever happens first, so please purchase your tickets early to make sure you and your family and friends have tickets.
Due to limited space, we asked that there is only one person per contestant back stage with a contestant.
A digital photo (headshot) of each contestant is needed by midnight on April 14th to add to our website. This does not need to be a professional photo, but it does need to be a headshot and should be a clear photo. Square photos work the best, and rectangular works okay, but we will crop the bottom.
The address for the rehearsal and the pageant is: Dream Center, 3035-G Boone Trail, Fayetteville, NC. We are in the process of updating the venue and changing the name of the name before the pageant. However the address will remain the same.
If you are in Majestic, this means you are in the photogenic competition and will need to bring your 8x10 photo (or similar size) to rehearsal. Failure to bring your photo to rehearsal removes you from our photogenic competition. Rehearsal is not required, but your picture is required by the end of rehearsal if you are in the photogenic competition.
Please be on time and ready to compete on the day of the pageant. Contestants that miss their stage call will have an automatic 3 point deduction.
Please help us keep the pageant area clean. It's okay to bring snacks for your child in the dressing room, but please clean up any mess. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Main Hall.
